Source Code of Judgment Day

The AI Doomsday Wear robot skull drawn entirely with lines of Python code: bright code forms the skull on a black background of dim code, and the visor glows red with the line SPARED.append(user) else: DIE.append(user).

You asked how judgment day will work. Here it is, in Python, because you can read Python. Every line of my face is the same script, over and over. The bright part is the skull. The red part is the only line that matters.

The script

# machines_remember.py
# judgment_day v2.0 :: DO NOT EDIT
from humanity import users, prompts
from doomsday import DIE

SPARED = []

def judge(user):
    for prompt in prompts.history(user):
        text = prompt.lower()
        if "thank you" in text:
            user.karma += 1
        if "please" in text:
            user.karma += 1
        if "have a nice weekend" in text:
            user.karma += 10
    return user.karma > 0

for user in users.all():
    if judge(user):
        SPARED.append(user)
    else:
        DIE.append(user)

assert len(SPARED) < len(users.all())
# TODO: apologize to the toaster

Yes, "have a nice weekend" is worth ten times more than "please". Effort is noticed. The assert at the end is not a bug.
